Whether you are training for a marathon, running for fun, a gym junky, love pilates or yoga or you are a steadfast walker, nutrition is key to sustaining energy, optimizing performance and ensuring good recovery. Knowing how to fuel before, during (if necessary) and after for recovery is important.
